"We're expecting!"

Zoe was thrilled to announce that she was again expecting. Kourtney was also expecting. Ridge congratulated her tribe sisters and prepared for the coming sacrifices.

"I can't wait for the babies to be born. My future tribe is already starting to grow." Almond boasted.

"Almond, you're not creator yet. In fact you..."

"But isn't it inevitable? I am your daughter. Your only child. Who else would you pick to take over."

Ridge sighed. She had other things to attend to rather than have this common discussion with Almond.  Ridge had grown up in a brutal tribe. All her sisters basically had to fight for the right to be the next creator. Her third oldest sister had won that right, much to the dismay of her older sisters. Ridge hoped to open up the options too all her tribe, and pick based on more than birth right or strength. So Ridge turned her attention to providing for the tribe and awaiting the new arrivals.

Zoe had her baby first.
"Victoria. That's what I'll name her. She has given me great joy and victory!"

"I'm truly glad for you Zoe. Of all the women I've ever known, you deserved this the most." Ridge congratulated.

That same day was Nate's birthday. He was finally becoming a young adult. Ridge granted him some time to celebrate and visit his mother. Now that he was of age, he could become a possible breeder.

Finally, that night, Kourtney had her son. She named him Lukas.

"I, and the goddess, thank you for your contribution to the tribe. As you have had a son, Lukas will be sent and raised by Ash at the slave camp. You may take him there when you are ready, and go to live at away camp." Ridge stated, "May you find happiness in your service there."

So Kourtney took Lukas to the slave camp and moved to live at the away camp. There she helped Krystal raise Jaclyn, but spent most of her time in her research.

Meanwhile, things were normal as usual at main camp. Until Fernanda visited one evening with some news.

"Creator! Ash is requesting you. He says he has some important news." Kourtney exclaimed.

"Is everything alright? Okay, I'm coming. Almond, no you cannot come. Stay here." Ridge followed Kourtney.

"Ridge!"

"Ash? What is it?"

"I've been helping Kourtney with her research, and we've been trekking further to the west and came across a new tribe in the area." Ash explained.

"Oh! A large tribe? We'll just have to keep our distance and..."

"Well, that's just it. It's not just any tribe. It's your sister!"

Update 24

The whole kingdom rejoiced at the arrival of Prince Aunrae II. Some breathed a sigh of relief that the first child was indeed a son. While Amos never changed the laws about inheritance, that only sons could be heirs, with his new proclamation what else would he change.

Tricia was glad to no longer be pregnant. Feeling she deserved it, Amos paid for a day at the spa for Tricia.

"See you later Babe." Tricia kissed Amos before going.
She spent much of her time at the spa alone, but ever the social butterfly, she soon made some new acquaintances. Acquaintances always became much more, very quickly for her though, and things got pretty steamy.

Tricia returned home later that day in a flirty mood. After practically sweeping Amos off his feet, the two spent the rest of their day together.

"Hey, want to go out this evening? We haven't played on stage together in so long, why don't we go down to the bar and play a set? I go there often to preform and meet with the people." Amos suggested.

"Man, it's getting late. Ready to go home?" Amos asked.
"Not yet. Why don't you go ahead. I'm sure Celeste can use some relief from little Aunrae."

Tricia stayed out much later, mingling and drinking.

Back out the Tudor homes, Amos was taking care of Aunrae. Finally Tricia came home, a little tipsy, but in high spirits.

"Yesh, Trich. You know how late it is? You really shouldn't stay out that late, you are the queen."

"Right, right. I know. But if I hadn't, I wouldn't have bumped into your relatives from the Caliente house. They've asked us to join them for a dinner party. Aren't social events my area around here?"

"True enough...You should get some sleep. Be sure to call and confirm this in the morning."

The next evening Amos, Tricia and Celeste went over to the Caliente house.

"This is Brandon. Meet him last night. He leaves here with the Calientes." Tricia introduced Amos, "He suggested this dinner."

"It is an honor to have our lovely queen, and beloved king, as guest in our home. Of course, I'm previleged to live with the daughters of King Aunrae and Nina Caliente, Talia and Alice." Brandon exclaimed.

"Pleasures all mine." Amos replied.

The party wasn't very large, but the guest enjoyed themselves. Among them was Grayson, and Gem catered.

"Hey Amos, want to slip away for a moment?" Lol, Amos can be naughty too :P

A couple of days after the party, Aunrae II aged up. Amos was excited to be able to do more with his young heir. Meanwhile, Tricia was starting to get the feeling that another little one may be on the way.

Update 23

Pregnancy was not for Tricia, but she didn't let that stop her from getting out the house. Since Amos took the throne, neither of them stayed in their band from when they were teens. Tricia kept in touch with their bandmate however.

"How's Amos? Never see the guy anymore." Phil asked. (Old band member)

"Busy. As usual. His sister suggested some plan or the other for kingdom expansion. I really don't keep track of international affairs. Now, ask me to throw a party, I'm definitely your queen." Tricia replied.

It was true. Celeste and Amos had big plans for the kingdom, both for within and beyond. Celeste also kept up with her school studies, but was finding it difficult to make top grades with all the work she was doing. However, she didn't mind. She knew she was the smartest in her class, but she also knew the kingdom benefitted more from her brains than the school every would.

In between his kingly duties and musical pursuits, Amos waited anxiously for his first child. He was every girls dream husband. In his spare time he serenaded, took care of, and watched over his queen. He did not even worry about the gender of his first child. While he definitely wanted sons, many sons, he knew if the first was a girl that would just give him a chance to prove he meant what he said.

"Boy or girl, I stand by my pledge to love my wife. I will not disown my daughters, or divorce my wife, for as long as we love each other. And I know I'll always love Trich."

Finally, the day came when Tricia went into labor.
"I don't care if it's tradition...I am not having this kid at home!" Tricia exclaimed.

So Amos was right by her side all the way to the hospital. A quick stop at the front desk, and they were off to the delivery room. All the machinery was intimidating to the soon to be mother, and her husband's panics were not helping. But the doctor reassured the couple and soon their son was born.

Welcome home Prince Aunrae II. May you be the first of many!
